Refund & Return Policy
Returns:

Must be returned within 14 days of delivered date.

Product must be returned in its original packaging.

Product isn't used/damaged/dirty.

Must have receipt or be able to provide proof of purchase.

Customized/Personalized products with names/writing/images are not eligible for returns.

You are responsible for shipping fees to return the items back to us.
Refundable back to original form of payment:

Wrong product sent.

Products with incorrect personalization/customization as customer has specified.
NOT Refundable:

Products on clearance/final sale.

Products that have been correctly customized/personalized such as writing/names added, custom images added, etc.

Products that have already been delivered to you for over 14 days.

Products that are damaged during shipping/delivery or by the delivery party. We are not responsible for any missing/lost/stolen items/packages and damages after it is shipped and out of our hands.
Exchanges:
We will only exchange items for the same exact item (may be in a different color/pattern from the same product page) as long as it does not have any customizations/personalizations added. We are not responsible for shipping fees to return it back to us for exchanges (You pay the shipping fee to ship it back to us, and then we will pay the shipping fee to ship it to you after making the exchange. Does not apply to local pickup situations.).
